Urban workroom
Theme: conversion of an industrial site, where was an old factory, design of a square, a workshop room and a coworking space.

The strategy evolves from buildings rehabilitation and conversion, to metamorphosing the factory into a public space, encouraging social reactivation, which was the most important problem of this area. The industrial site is divided into: – an open space outside, a multi-functional square with urban workrooms for the craftsmen; – an exhibition area; – a restaurant for the community; – a co-working space.
